Meeting time

It would be better if the Listaflow Planning Meeting occurred on or prior to day 9 of the development Sprint Process. The current meeting time and day (Day 0) works the best for Cassie until Daylight savings ends. Thereafter the suggested time is 4pm SAST on Day 9 of the sprint (Wednesdays). Daylight savings ends on the 10th of March 2024.

Marketing

Development

35 hours assigned to development and meetings:
- Matomo progress
- Listaflow App Demo
- Issues selecting/deselecting items in selection controls
- Improving UX of Archiving / Unarchiving Lists
- CC graph included in Listaflow Reports

Design

No design hours have been assigned. If there are left over hours they’ll be assigned to:
- Reviewing the current mobile experience

Todoist Comparison - Ryan hasn’t been able to start working on the blog posts. He’ll be able to start in 6 weeks (18 March). If Ryan isn’t able to support us then, we’ll write the blogs internally and get him to review them.

Detect Collapsed Items in Checklists @Fox will take this on next sprint in order to complete it
Create Demo site

Up Next:

Matomo integration
Add email and notification text copy links to overview report - create design and ping developers once done. Also ask for change of title on reports page to “date created”: |attachment

Backlog:

Once the new Listaflow changes have been made, we’ll need to update the Listaflow Marketing site images and content.
The current CC reminder email looks a bit like spam (Cassie and Ali’s feedback)|attachment

Optimize Listaflow for response rates - whoop! Our core contributor checkin responses have increased with the Slack @mentions
Add Support for Matomo Analytics - Fox to contact Farhaan to confirm task progress
Create Demo Site - Fox has started working on this
Backend: Tag support - this is on hold
