Recruitment: Trial projects & bounties

I think we should be able to use Internal Accelerated Projects for creating Trial Projects. They are as same as client projects in the context of recruitment. Just here client is OpenCraft and we usually have them in lower priority than actual paying clients. In a sense, I think some internal projects should have more tasks than client projects because they get delayed a lot.

As @Agrendalath mentioned here, we might have some tasks in the SprintCraft project which will qualify for Trial.

To follow-up on this – we are actually experimenting with a junior developer role for @michaelbukachi , focused on upstream contributions without client commitments. I’ve posted a handbook merge request for review, don’t hesitate if you have any comment or suggestion on the approach:
