Talk idea:

Title: Best Practices in Collaboration Across the Open Source Community: The Open Source Master Class

The proposal is for a panel discussion involving contributors to the Open Source Master Class.

Not about the class itself, but rather an illustration of how the open source community comes together to make good things happen.

Potential panelists could include:

The facilitated discussion would explore:

  • Origins of an idea
  • The threads that connect us
  • How we came together
  • Collaborative creativity (or two heads, or more, are better than one)
  • Tips for collaborative project management
  • Conclusions and takeaways

Duration: 30 minutes

@gabriel Both topics are really worthwhile. @Fox made a good start on the latter at last yearā€™s conference. Iā€™d be happy to collaborate with others, maybe beyond OpenCraft, to develop this topic.
