Glad we’ve finally found an idea that’s a good fit!
This is really helpful. Thank you!
Good idea! I think it makes sense to ask Colin (and others) for their input once we’ve drafted the preliminary proposal. I think Elizabeth’s list is a good enough starting point, and given that we don’t have many hours for this, it’d help to limit the number of feedback rounds. We’ll still get the input we need—just a bit later.
@jordan I should be able to dedicate some time to this proposal in the coming sprint. I’ll check with the team to see who’s interested in tackling the “technical approach” section of the proposal too.
We have had several leads ask about proctoring in the past, and we have at least one outstanding bid that is currently tied to using a third party proctoring service at scale for this work, at least that I know of. This bid was submitted in partnership with one of our clients who worked with us to craft it for a national government.
Thanks everyone for your input and help here so far! I think we should move forward with the proctoring proposal, as it has the most widespread use and a clear path forward while also keeping in mind the eligibility criteria. I’m going to put together and share a document with the information we have so far, and I’ll tag the relevant team members on the grant task for their input and assistance, so we can begin working from and tracking progress on the task.
Sounds good! I already have a task for writing the product proposal, so we’ll need to make sure we don’t end up working on the same thing. Shall I wait for your document before I begin work on the proposal?
@Ali Ah, that’s great. I didn’t realize you had this task already. Please feel free to get started, and I see that I’m already a reviewer, so I can take a look when you have the draft ready.
