@Ali OpenCraft will cover accommodation from Monday, May 18 until Friday, May 22. Fox transferred me a task to find and book Airbnbs, which I’ll be doing this week. If you arrive on Sunday, you could book a room anywhere you like and check in at the Airbnb on Monday. Does that work for you?
For each Airbnb listing (conference & coworking) in the spreadsheet, I’ve added links that you can use to invite yourself to the bookings. This will allow you to have all the details about your accommodation, and you’ll be able to communicate with the host.
Got time to build something fun for the conference?
Hi team. I’m looking for someone to pick up a ticket I won’t be able to get to before the conference.
The goal is to design a simple, engaging interactive activity for our booth that draws people in and gives us useful insights. The idea is that attendees scan a QR code, complete a quick activity on their phones (likely via Mentimeter or a similar tool), and see the live results displayed on a tablet at the booth. We’re also exploring tying this into a physical “clicker” to make it a bit more tactile and fun. More details on the ticket.
If you’re not attending the conference (or just keen to jump into something creative), this could be a nice, contained piece of work. Let me know if you’re interested!
@team I’ve created tickets for logging time during the conference for those expected to attend. If you did not get one but expect to be there, please ping me and let me know.
