Ticket to log time

Hello @team ! As you all know we’ve been working to align our projects more to our guiding principle of ‘upstream everything’ and have been involving the CC review process into more and more of our work.

To clarify several items surrounding this, I’ve created an MR detailing the requirements for CC review, UI/UX estimation, and how we can align our processes to work alongside the product review process.

This has also resulted in several updates to the Discovery template.

These changes are significant, and add a new ‘Design Phase’ to our standard process. Please take some time to review these changes. You can log time on the ticket above, or if you think that you’ll need more time carved out, ping me and I’ll schedule a ticket for you in the coming sprint.

@Fox Thanks for all the work on this! I’m so happy that our internal and Community processes are being aligned. It will save a lot of time. :grin:

I’ve left some notes on the MR, Discovery template, and Estimate template.
