I’d recommend to every client owner to point your contacts to this survey:

It will be used by the Open edX project to decide on where to focus efforts, through the product working group and the TOC.

Also don’t hesitate to use the opportunity to ask for their priorities yourself, to have it in mind - and if there is anything that I can help facilitate for them, let me know.
