Listaflow appreciation

Listaflow is a large change since I was last at OpenCraft, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate it.

There’s something really nice about opening the sprint checklist at the start of my day, and clearly seeing the items I need to do at this stage of the sprint. And all the other checklist templates ready to go for when they’re needed - eg. that was really useful for the security audit checklist.

I can see a lot of design and development work has gone into this tool. Kudos to the team for bringing it all together! I also found it really easy to work with when I needed to deploy it locally for reviewing some recent PRs from @Fox. Too bad it didn’t gain traction as a product for a wider audience, but it feels very nicely suited to how we work. :ok_hand: :+1:

Thanks for the kind words here, @samuel . I’m still very proud of the work we did on Listaflow and I love it as a product that addresses our needs.

I’m actually in the process of trying to build some Kubernetes manifests for it which are more generally deployable with Kustomize-- I’ve been building my own cluster out of Raspberry Pis in my offtime to deeply practice Kubernetes fundamentals and to scratch a few self-hosting itches I have. The helm chart we made for our own needs isn’t especially suitable for wider use.

Listaflow is a really useful tool for how I work personally. I have a ton of routine things I need to do where a checklist would be super helpful in making sure nothing gets forgotten. So my plan is to deploy it for my own needs. Stuff like routine home maintenance/inspection, QA tests for my side projects, things I need to do for the house/pets before going on vacation-- all sorts of stuff.

There’s a good chance I’ll open MRs to it to scratch my own itches as time goes on.
