MySQL maintenance, 15 February, 4am UTC

We need to restart main MySQL node to enable performance optimizations. I will be doing this on Monday, 15 February, 4am UTC.

The change is already tested on both read replicas, so this should go smoothly, but some downtime is expected.

MySQL is restarted and is working fine. Now we should be able to handle high write workloads better.
