Unfortunately, @kim didn’t pass her trial period. This is in large part because we aren’t able to properly accommodate a junior profile in this role, which we didn’t realize before. There are a lot of expectations and responsibilities, but few peers to learn from - just like for the developer roles, we need a more senior profile, which makes the role more autonomous. Thank you for taking up the challenge @kim, and for the work done.
