@gabor The calendar event is at 11pm UTC of Thursday. I guess it needs to be shifted 12 h forwards.

If we use it for all-team meetings (as opposed to just 1 cell) all cells need to synchronize, to avoid scheduling the usual chats.
We can decide in advance when do we want to use this ChatRoulette.
Do we want to do an all-team ChatRoulette next sprint 244, instead of social chats?

@daniel I misunderstood the description on the Monday.com checklist and thought I’d been wrongly assigned.
I know we generally do these on the first week of sprint, as the 2nd week can get hectic for many, but are there any objections to having the Bebop social chat next Monday, March 29th instead? I propose 17:00 UTC.

I created tasks to log the time (max. 30 minutes). Use the one for you cell: SE-4308, BB-4040, FAL-1797 (MNG and BIZ members, just choose one of those 3, or create your own).
At which time should we do it? The last one was at 2 PM UTC. We can choose different times, to rotate through time zones. How would it be 5 hours later, i.e. at 7 PM UTC? (that’s night in Europe)
That would be Wednesday 14th, 19:00 UTC.
Any other suggestions for time?
I invited everyone to the ChatRoulette calendar event (14th April, that’s Wednesday in 2nd week). You can join even if I missed your e-mail, e.g. if this is your first sprint.
If anybody has concerns about the chosen time, please raise them synchronously too, e.g. here, since the forum has a response time of 2 weeks.
To schedule such events in the future, the future firefighters can do a poll in advance to ask for the preferred meeting times. I personally find it’s too much coordination work, for such a short meeting. In addition if we always choose the time that works best for most, some people will always be left out. Therefore I arbitrarily chose last_time+5h, to rotate it; we could just do that each time to have events all around the clock.

By the way, according to the handbook, social chats are supposed to be organized during the first week of the sprint, but the task for FF to set up a social chat meeting is currently under Week 2 in monday.com. Which one is correct/which one needs to be updated?
@mtyaka Haha, they are both correct actually. The social chat should be in the first week of the sprint but it should be setup+scheduled in the second week of the previous sprint (or at least that is how I understood it). 
That makes sense, but then monday.com should remind you about that one sprint before you are FFa.
@gabor (I’m not sure if you’re the right person to ping, but I think you’ve been working with monday.com recently): Can we change monday.com integration so that the “Organizing the social chat videocall” task gets added to the board of the person who is FFa one sprint before they are the firefighter? Social chat is supposed to be hosted during the first week of the sprint by that week’s FF, but it should be organized during the last week of the previous sprint.
So, to make it abundantly clear: I am FFa on SE.245. I should be organizing Serenity’s social chat now, on the second week, for it to happen on the first week of SE.246. Correct?
According to the handbook, the meeting should have happened during the first week of SE.245 (current sprint): “the firefighter for the first week of a sprint posts a topic of their choice and a time (during that same first week of the sprint).”
So you should have organized the meeting during SE.244, for it to happen during first week of SE.245.
That’s how we used to do it when using the old checklist. The checklist on monday.com is currently wrong, which is why you and I both didn’t realize we should have organized the meeting in SE.244.

I think it is possible, but that will require Sprints app changes too. Generally, Sprints should send that who will be FFa next time (with like an FF-1-next role or something similar). Then the integration could do this. @nizar What do you think about this?
There’s a plan to do that @gabor, specifically so that we can add an item that asks the firefighter to make sure they added themselves to the ops genie rotation. However, we don’t have much capacity for this work at the moment in Serenity.
The epic should be passed onto a different cell, but no one really is able to pick it up at the moment either
