Status of xblock-simplevideo?

I came across https://github.com/open-craft/xblock-simplevideo recently, which appears to be a guided tutorial on creating an xblock. However the repo hasn’t had any activity for 10 years, and the link to the tutorial itself is dead (although it appears to be moved to XBlock Tutorial - OpenCraft Technical Documentation , so maybe the tutorial is maintained? ).

Is this tutorial maintained and used? If not, could we consider archiving the content? Or if so, could we schedule some time to test and update the code and tutorial to work with the latest Open edX release? :slight_smile:

@samuel The XBlock tutorial has been superseded by this one in the official documentation: Open edX XBlock Tutorial — XBlock API Guide documentation

We can probably archive the old one, and just link to the official documentation here?
