Terminating sandbox instances on grove-production-digitalocean cluster

@team We want to clean up the DO production cluster that is used to host client instances by removing instances that are not being used anymore. The candidates for removal are:

  • clipboard-preview
  • firstinstance
  • grove-test
  • pr32193-tpa-auto-logout

Please review the list and if these should not be remove, let me know. Otherwise, I’ll remove them tomorrow.

We should definitely be ok to remove this.

This was auto-created as a sandbox to some PR. But it’s been a year now, so I think it should be pretty safe to remove this as well.

I think there is finally some activity on this PR, though we don’t have budget. So might be worth keeping around for at least a sprint or two.
