In the original post the dates for coworking were chosen to be from 22nd to 29th of May, i.e. after the conference. There wasn’t a poll to decide on the dates, and I know there are pros and cons for both - some people prefer the coworking week before the conference, some prefer it after, and others don’t have any preference. I personally fall into the third group - I don’t have a strong preference. However, this year the suggested dates for the coworking week are overlapping with my personal plans, which are very important to me and can’t be shifted, and I really don’t want to cancel them, so I would prefer the coworking week to happen before the conference.
Xavier agreed to change the dates for the coworking for the earlier ones if everyone uninamously agrees to it (which makes sense, since the original dates were announced a month ago).
I invite everyone to vote on the poll below. It’s a single choice poll. Please vote on which dates work for you for the conference + coworking week in May.
The deadline is two weeks from now, which is 9th of December.

Wish I didn’t. Sorry Maxim. I have family commitments I agreed to, booked and paid for, a few months ago. I also assumed the conference would be in June/July.
