@Fox I noticed that the table above from Crafty lists 22 team members but, according to the “official” list of CC’s, OpenCraft only has 14 CC’s. I assume it’s because Crafty’s list includes CC work done by non-CC’s. Is that correct?
Hi! To find out what I can do, say @crafty display help.
Correct-- we tally CC contribution hours as well as contribution hours for everyone else. The ‘goal’ column shows how many hours the individual is expected to contribute. If it’s more than 0, they’re a CC. The number may be lower than others if they joined later. So far no one’s dropped CC status while staying at OpenCraft, so the existence of any number in the ‘goal’ column is an indication of CC status.

For Q3–Q4 2026, each Core Contributor has a budget of 10 hours per month, or a total of 60 hours for the remainder of the year.
Note: Unused hours do not roll over to the next budgeting period, but they can be reallocated between Core Contributors as needed.

I have plenty of core contributor budget left, as I need much less of it being out of the TOC currently - so if anyone wants a good chunk of it, they are up for grabs.
Same here-- I’ve had my hands full with work with CC work from my projects, so I have barely touched my non-billable CC budget, as I’m more than hitting my contribution targets.
